New Updates
Amok and Ivan have fulfilled their promise of being active administrators after a week of chaotic DDoS attacks a month ago. Amok has rolled in a lot of new updates to the game, such as fixing the Silverlight Map Editor, a brand new test server for testing purposes, anyone can test on this server. Three new languages have also been added to atWar: Swedish (Sweden, yes!), Slovak and Farsi. You can also now earn money by inviting people to atWar - you've read that correctly. Ivan has introduced a wonderful referral program, you can earn 25% commission from whatever they spend on the game, or 30% after you get over $100. Sun Tzu Demoted
Sun Tzu, a long time administrator, has been demoted. This shocked the community, as he was the only activate administrator we had access to for a long time while Amok and Ivan were busy with real life. Many people were wondering what happened: Many suggested that Amok & Ivan demoted him to save money, some suggest Sun Tzu was being corrupt and was exposed, but after listening to both sides and talking with Ivan, I have concluded on what happened.

An officer in Vicer0y's clan went rouge and began kicking everyone. Now, Vicer0y's clan had over 100 members, so a lot of people had to be re-added back to the clan. Vice then approached Sun Tzu and offered him 50 USD for him to transfer all the members back to his clan. Sun Tzu agreed, however, Vice was not able to pay the full amount, and Sun Tzu later complained that there was too much members to transfer. He would then proceed to ignore Vicer0y, who was already asking him for a refund. Ivan and Amok then became involved in this situation which led to the demotion of Sun Tzu, as his behaviour was not expected of an administrator.

I asked Ivan if this was the sole reason for Sun's demotion and if he can give us anything, but he didn't want me spreading anything and to keep it confidential. All I can say is that Sun Tzu did some things while Ivan and Amok were not here which were unacceptable.

New Moderators
The atWar moderation team has seen a big change. Inactive moderators like DeviL, Guest and The Tactician are no longer moderators, however we have three new additions to the team: Laochra, Acquiesce and Cold Case. Congratulations!

Season Ending
This season was rather weird, as a majority of the season the elo were incorrect due to a bug, which was recently fixed. As of the time writing this, Illyria have a huge lead with 1190.3 elo. Mortal Kombat are second with 1132.1 elo, trying to catch up to Illyria and claim that 1st place trophy. Valyria are third with 1066.3, if they keep this up this would be their first trophy, which is impressive considering they're a new coalition. I wish all clans the best of luck this season, 5 more days to go!
