Add a clock

Atwar has its own clock, in forums you can see the time a post was made, thing is the clock is coordinated to some usa time, which most players (even most american players!) dont use
if developers could add a small clock, lets say over here http://prntscr.com/tsa6rx
it would greatly help.

Furthermore, I consider that NWE must be destroyed
