Fix this shit

We had 3 win 3 lose and our elo was 1000, we played 1 cw and gained 12 elo, how its 993 elo now, its should be 1012
bs. mods removed last season cw

its bugged when mods removed the cws..

It's irrelevant but please fix this too.



Even when you send the units in a city they sometimes bug and stay just outside of it.
