Creating new custom maps?

The question is largely portrayed in the title. I know this might sound stupid but i simply have no clue how to, can someone tell me where it is to create/download/load them?

Go to the 'Maps' tab in the menu top right. You can press 'create new map' button bottom right to enter the editor.
A premium subscription is necessary for this.

Ah, so there's no way to create one without paying? Disappointing though nevertheless i understand why.

Nope. You must pay or spend protocoins you get.

Is there a way to get protocoins without paying? eg: getting a certain rank of getting a notable achievement.

The main way you can obtain free protocoins is by helping in the translation project! You must be rank 5 at least to access it but here's the link, anyway: http://atwar-game.com/locale/

There are also very rare PC drops in large SP pool games, but they're so rare and not many PCs gained that it won't do anything much.

Oh, thanks for the information. It's a shame, making a map would be fun but at the moment I can't get it. Though i get that this game costs money and the developers need to do this-i'd rather be not able to make maps on a good game than be able to make them on an-um-not as good game. now here's a random smiley.

Heublein, you forgot about Kongregate kreds.
You can register on kongregate, and do some surveys to get kreds and then you can buy premium

Humm, I don't know but trying going to the "Get Kreds" menu or something, and click the "free kreds" menu or something like that, I heard it realy works it doesn't for me because I'm from Paraguay so I get no surveys ;_;

Are the surveys proper surveys or those random 'tesco free voucher' ones.
