I'm not sure what Afterwind meant, but I did have an idea of what it meant because when you surrender, it used to say, "You willingly put down your (nuclear) arms" and "After wind" sounds like it would be the "wind" after a nuke, however Afterwind never had nukes, and even now, AtWar doesn't have real nukes, only custom units called "Nuke" or "Nukes". So, what does Afterwind mean?

A wind produced by the updraft accompanying the rise of the fireball of a nuclear explosion and directed toward the burst center http://atwar-game.com/home/faq.php?faq_id=1

Thanks, so it did have to do with the nuke. And wow, that's very rare, there were people that were telling me Afterwind had nothing to do with nukes when I would ask some players in-game a few months ago (then I gave up since I knew they were wrong about there being nothing to do with nukes). Can you still find that unit in a regular game?

Ah, now what's "Greta"? Is that a game like Afterwind that merged into Afterwind?

I dont know if you are troll or idiot. He was trying to say *Great*, the great merge, when afterwind and custom map alpha turned to AtWar.

I'm not trolling or being an idiot. Since Terminal has been playing this game for quite a long while, I thought there was another game that merged into Afterwind and that AW used to have a video footage at the end, I sincerely thought that's what he meant. Please don't troll like that again Raccoon Man. ;( I didn't know "Afterwind" to "AtWar" was a merge, I thought they were just "upgrading" the game to a new version/mass improvement, I knew that they moved the player database. But you know how http://afterwind.com redirects you to AtWar? They still probably own copyright for a game named "Afterwind" since they're able to have http://afterwind.com redirect you (which shows that the creators of AtWar/Afterwind still own the Afterwind website, which now redirects to AtWar).
