I have refered a friend, They played the tutorial and quit. But i never got my 5k SP like it said i would get. the friend was from a different state than me. so it was a unique IP adress.

Your friend had to use this: http://afterwind.com/?p=66703 url or this url for a guest account: http://afterwind.com/guest/?p=66703 He probably just opened www.afterwind.com, without the link you gave him.

You get half of the SP they earn, not 5K. And you won't get any SP if all they play is the tutorial.
