Weed Out users who join Casual Games and quit

We should find a way to weed these people out so they can't ruin casual games. I have already banned about 25 guys from games I make but it's getting old playing a scenario map and some clown joining as a major player and quitting that same turn.

And we can't simply use the "Games abandoned" stat (and ask to have an option to ban players with a ratio > 30%, let's say), because it does not work. [ Mine shows 51% abandoned, and I think I might have abandoned what ... 2 games in my whole AtWar career, and because of bugs that is? Maybe it has to do with the fact that I "practice" my openings and start a game by myself, and quit after a few turns ... or when I test the maps I create].

Yes, map testing/exploration has put mine up as high as 31% at one point...it's down to about 27% now. I have only timed-out of a handful of actual games, and not deliberately.

It would be fine if they quit, but instead, they just sit there and time out. Takes at least 2 turns most of the time...very annoying!

Just "abandon" or "surrender"!!! How hard is it to click one of those buttons instead of exit? It's in the same menu!!!

it should be for all games, but i would leave space for example abandon 5 games per month, cause i join sometime but i m to late, or dont like map, or units, or worst position etc
