Maybe blitz does need a nerf. Lets not just talk about ukraine. How about 1v1 Blitz germany vs U.k..
Turn 6 this is what it looks like (this was an actual 1v1)
55 on berlin almost all the time not to be capped, with plenty of defense in Austria, czech.. 3k a turn..

Returning to the main post... Blitz germany... I've tried it against G.K once. I expand fast, had all those territories, except that I also had full scandinavia and italy instead of greece, turkey and russia volga/south. I still got some 23 units for def turn 3, 40 turn 4. But he still manages to cap me. After losing capital it is a huge mess.
