Explain how?

The player with most SP at the moment when the host leaves gets the game ownership.
I cannot imagine a better solution and I dont see why it would be necessary anyway.

If the game didnt start simply explaining how to "remove hold" would do. Its not a big deal.

It's actually more annoying in scenarios when you have to explain how put put the hold on.
While trying to explain how the hold works the game would start and a scenario would have to be "rebaked"

During selection I always have it pass the ownership on to some rank 3 instead of a rank 8 or 9 available, which is annoying. If it's the player with most sp in the game currently during selection with everyone at zero it just goes to the top person on the player list does it not? Which means it generally goes to some random person.
