Guy made wall in sea , and i cant break it to kill him, how is this possible............

Its age of empires game, dont have planes, cant break infantry in sea with ships

Btw haven tried zooming out to max and then attacking the infantry in the middle of the all.

Sea walls are created when you have infantry on Naval Transports and the transport moves on without one or more infantry, leaving them to be "drowned". They can't move on their own in the water, but they can remain in place without a transport. If you read through some of the user guides, I have seen it mentioned.
