Yes, it's another CW thread. Get over it. Current issues with Clans and CWs: 1.) Clans are not advertised to new members so many members are oblivious to clans and CWs which means lower members joining clans 2.) Current clans are stacked with 10+ ranks 8+ and little low ranks How to fix it. 1.) Implement a roster limit. Say 10? 2.) Implement a salary cap to clans (similar to the salary cap real teams have in real life) 3.) Have a minimum of 6 players in a clan. (see reason below) For example, everybody starts out with 30,000,000. If a clan wants to draft a rank 10 to play for their clan, they have to spend 10,000,000. This may seem a bit silly, but this will be effective in limiting clans to very few high ranks. With a roster minimum, clans will be forced to draft lower ranks thus exposing them to the CW world. If my idea were to be implemented, the amount of active clans will increase 4:1. Since clans can only afford to have about 3 high ranks in a clan, it would be an increase of players in clans 4:3. This means that there will be at least 16 more players per active clan prior to the implementation of my idea. We have about 5 active clans right now, so that means my idea will cause an increase of 80 players. Give it a few months and these 80 noobs will become elite and playing like the rest. When more people rank up and want to continue CWing, it will mean even more clans which lead to even more people CWing. Thoughts?

I support this. However, having a roster limit will result in being unable to form large groups, and groups of players in large clans would have to split up into smaller clans. Perhaps, we could have teams within clans that fit this description. For example Clan A has 20 people in it. Clan A has 2 teams of ten, that fit within the limits you've suggested. This way, people could stay in large clans, but teams do the CWs.

This will never get enough support because it would mean the death of most major clans.

Last time you suggested this I listed these problems. Solutions are needed.

No support, we should have the freedom to stack good players

Your first point is false. MK is one of the most active clans and they CW with the same 3-5 people. Syndicate uses the same 5 people. SM uses the same 3-6 people. Every once in a great while, another player may be used but for the most part it is the same players CWing. The salary cap makes it that each team will have roughly the same ranks. Each team can only afford a few high ranks especially since they need to set aside some money to draft other players to meet the roster minimum. Third point is false as well. The salary cap limits each clan from drafting high ranks. A salary cap will limit the amount of high ranks in a clan and raise the amount of lower ranks in a clan. "Worked together for years" Bullshit. Illyria and Perfectus Letum is my evidence. Two first tier clans formed in a month by stacking a bunch of high ranks together. Actually read my first post ends.

I did, and disregarding the problems won't solve them. You have successfully solved some of these problems, but in a way that will present many more. I'll explain the previous ones, and add the new ones.
You missed my point. My point is that EVERY CLAN that exists at the present moment would have to be broken up to comply with this system. This would be unfair on the players who were in clans that existed fairly under the old system.
The players that CW are directly linked to the players that want to and are active enough. Remember that players have constraints in real life, and so many can't spend all their day waiting online for a team to come on from the other team that can CW. It appears the same players often play because they are those who are active and willing.
Soo... you're going to have to get 6 players together before you can start a clan? Arranging this with everyone is going to be practically impossible. Then you have to get all 6 players together online at the same time before the clan can exist? This is very improbable, and will just delay and infuriate everyone.
My previous point means that if as a minimum of 6 is impossible, continuing to implement the system would still result in all the players using up "Salary" on fewer higher ranked players.
And finally, what is this salary? Is it a fixed number for each rank drafted? Because if it is, what happens when a player ranks up and suddenly goes over the salary cap for the clan? I agree that not enough new players are being trained, but this fix is implausible at best. It would need serious rethinking to work.

Well, i played 3 months now and 1,5 moths in clans, i still not am elite... and, if you do that, make it so that the average of an clan should be ~5-6 for example: from the beginning you have 30 like clanpoints, and with every member joining an clan, you get 5 clan points extra, minus their rank, with this, training clans like your family would still be possible
