A lot of scenarios are now using immovable, high defense units like forts, and castles. It doesn't make sense that a Blitzkrieg player has the advantage, in that he can move them. If I made the unit to be immovable it should stay immovable.

Coastal battery is rare units and it can prove useful but with no blitzkrieg it has 1 or 0 range i don't know.
