Make militia have 1 range in IF

Militia are basically useless in IF because they have 0 range and users cant make walls with them. They should have at least 1 range to be able to move and make those nice 3-unit walls around the city.

IF has to use infantries to wall cities and I find it pretty reasonable considering it's boost. Also, they're still very useful to defend cities.

Too OP. Militia are already strong, just immobile. So, No.
