How do you defend/make offensive moves against DS Ukraine?

Any answers are welcomed in any scenario. I'm doing a series of questions that aren't exactly known in the community or may help people who don't know.

I have had my fair share of wins against DS ukraine in the past but dont be fooled I have also lost to it countless times. Same as most of atwar's top players have. Honestly the best defense is a good offense against DS. Although DS is meant to be a cheese strategy. It will secure ukraine a win the first time but once you realize your opponent will continue to play as DS it gives you an advantage because you are able to rush early if need be or play around his helicopters.

IMO if there was a way to nerf DS Ukraine I would do it. Because it is simply broken. I am almost certain it will win 10/10 games if it is played perfectly. Although nerfing Ukraines strongest strategy means Turkey will become almost unstoppable. So perhaps a nerf of both would help balance the game. Currently turkey is the strongest pick so it makes sense to have things more balanced and less 1 sided depending on picks/strats. Then lelouch will finally play me as Turk vs UK.
