Rigged Scenarios?

This just happened to me. I joined someone's scenario and on the first week 15 marines were sitting outside every one of my cities.
I'm just wondering if this is allowed.

This is not allowed. Try and report it to a moderator or take a screenshot so we can try and stop this from happening.

Thanks. I can't get any evidence of that incident, but if it happens again ill get screenshots and report it.

Lol that sucks, but yeah that's a big no-no.

Also, if you tell us the name of the offending scenario, we can remove it.
