Rare Unit Shake-down

Could someone post all the details about rare units here? In the atWar database, there is a topic on this, but it fails to specify the defense/attack bonuses certain rare units have against other units.
For example: the assassin is supposed to be good at killing generals, and tank-infintry are good against tanks, but it fails to tell the exact bonuses they actually have aganst generals and tanks. Specifying this for those and all rare units would really help everyone (me especially) out.

Bonuses:

• Anti-tank infantry +15 defense vs Tanks
• Field Commander +1 attack for Marines and Militia in the stack
• Assassin and Suicide bomber have a chance of killing Army General or Commanders
• Fighters +4 attack and +6 defense vs bombers and stealth
• Air Commander +1 attack to bombers, fighters and stealth in the stack
• Coastal battery +20 defense vs naval units
• Commando Frogmen +5 attack and +7 defense vs naval units
• Admiral +1 attack for destroyers and submarines in the stack

I heard somewhere that mech. inf. can make invisible walls or something like that. Is this true, or just a myth?
