Delete old forum posts

The old posts are out of date and they just confuse noobs.
Posts older than a few years should be eliminated unless they are still relevant and/or locked.

Delete history books from library

The actions of old are out of date and they just confuse newer people to the field.
Histories older than a few years should be eliminated unless they are still relevent and/or considered inaccurate.

Re-categorize if not deletion.
Are all electronic communications to be saved forever?
We could have better players more quickly by having accurate information more easily accessible.
Create a historical/archival section or delete.

Won't happen. Amok and Ivan have been asked by US government to maintain all communication and records as they prepare for....* censored*...

Besides, a number of mods have already proposed this, and admin has made clear they don't want the forums tidied or cleaned up, as this could be perceived as a form of censorship. Also, there are some legitimately good posts which new players stumble across when they search the forums, preventing the forums from being a daily barrage of 'noob' questions.
