Modification to "Gift protocoins"

I think they should modify "gift protocoins" feature so you can transfer your protocoins to another player. Originally when I used it, I thought I could transfer them to another player, but it only gives me the option to BUY protocoins for that player, not transfer existing pc's. I know I could easily ask Sun Tzu to transfer them from my account to that player's but Sun Tzu is not online 24/7 and I can't always wait for him to come online because I have stuff to do irl. So, they should modify "gift protocoins" to allow players to transfer protocoins, rather than purchase them.

Also, before people say something such as, "Just pm Sun Tzu, he'll do it when he's on", I've pm'ed him to do it on two occassions, he only did it once.

Make it only for rank 6+ or rank 7+ so it's not going to be that abused

Admins can create a log, accessible by mods and admins of PC transactions and if they see anything suspicious they can check the IP's who logged into each account that's transferring PC's to the main account and if the IP's match they can bust them. It'd only be tricky if people used a VPN, but even if they do use a VPN the staff would be suspicious as the IP's logging in would be different from the IP which made the account.
