Annoying troop bug?

This is how it supposed to look.

This is how I get it alot of times and it actually takes time to divide units now without that 'move unit' tab.

Are you IF? I noticed all 0 range units lack icons with IF.

Exactly the source of the issue.

Was it an enemy's country's city?
Because the first time you press tbe city sometimes it doesnt show it.
