It wont work because it is capitalist, in capitalism people control economy, not state or government. So while government want to close borders and rise walls, people want to make money. To make money they have to trade and sell their products, but they already reached maximum capacity at home market. Thus they need new market, which is outside Great Western Wall. They will want to destroy the Wall in order to trade freely with other countries. Not to mention that immigrants are cheap labor and they are willing to do jobs others wont. They maintain economies. I believe i dont need to provide proofs and links as i think we all know that. Capitalist EU trade with enemy Russia because people want, Capitalist America trade with Communist China, although ideological differences and Cold War.

> Capitalism > People control economy A people-controlled economy is called Socialism. Capitalism is the heart of the economical dictatorship, as it promotes the centralization of the means of production in the hands of a few. Also, I believe the point of the image is that the Western nations do everything to keep the other poor and repressed so they can steal their resources for a cheap price.

Au contrair, in Socialist countries like USSR, North Korea and China before opening, economies were controled by state committtee chosen by the ruling party(the only one). That committee plan and order factories to be created, shipyards, ports, infrastructure, businesses, corporations, companies, enterprises, farms, it gives orders how many tractors to be produced, their (fixed) cost, trains, ships, food, planes, clothes, everything. Thats state controled economy since state is controled by the political party which appoint beaurocrats in that committee. In Capitalist country, humans choose what they want to do, no one dictate them, they can starve to death or find job, or start their own one and try to become rich or fail. Thats why capitalism support private companies and doesnt create state-owned factories. Economy is in the hand of the people, not state-committee. Thats where communists made mistake, they destroyed monarchies and feudalism but they didnt give economy to the people. They kept it in the politics. Check Communist China, in 1980 they gave economy to the people and started to grow. But to be honest, between 1950 and 1980 they created alot of roads, rails, bridges and factories, but that was ordered by the state, not made according to needs of the economy, nevertheless it helped economy grow today, it made good foundation for the future.
Kind of, just they 'modernized' and changed, instead going there with the army and capturing territory (colonies), they send companies and businessmen to trade with resources while they arm extremists and militants to create chaos in the country so that country cannot defend and protect resources.

The USSR, North Korea and China are/were totalitarian dictatorships modeled after the example set by "uncle" Stalin, and did not follow political socialist beliefs to the point where the government was controlled by the people. In Socialism the state would be controlled by the people and it would then as delegated power from the people control the economy, or as a more moderate variant, give the control of factories to labour unions. In historical communist nations the power has been centralized in a government with no connection to the actual people of the nation except for the revolution itself. A capitalist economy is only controlled by the people in the same way an absolute monarchy was, in that you could through careful engineering advance enough to become the king and rule by force from there. Capitalism will inevitably collapse or require a "wipe" every century to keep it going, because the way it works it centralizes more power than it distributes. The incentive of personal gain is powerful and can advance a nations economy very much, but allowing private businessmen to acquire such amounts of money will inevitably lead to government lobbying and bribery.

With internet and air travel its impossible to truly enclose anything from anything else (unless ur stronk kimmy). Although, trying to isolate the rich and mostly white part of the world is disgusting. That's just a means of gaining superiority.

On the bright side, his opinion is stunningly consistent.
That is indeed the point - that "Western" nations are denying opportunity to people in poorer countries. Do you agree with this perspective?

Well if you look at the facts..... Africa doesn't really have a single stable government- civil wars, ethnic divides, diseases such as malaria and HIV cause huge financial burdens on populace and government. Middle East has many dictatorships or have civil wars- money is concentrated in the hands of the few (ie. Saud family). Russia has been forced to look at other markets due to western sanctions (I wonder how long sanctions will hold) so Russia simply cant be include d in this "Walled" society. China has onyl recently been making gains to develop it's economy (in the sense of global trade which has only really been increasing dramatically beginning in around 2000). India is one of the most corrupt and divided societies I can think of. One of their kangaroo courts just punished a man for cheating on his wife by ordering his two daughters (one in her twenties, other is 15) to be raped. Southeast Asia is underdeveloped (making attempts at modernizing, will see how that goes). Burma I believe is in the longest civil war I can think of (not as bad as like SYria, but still ongoing) Thailand has a coup roughly once a decade. Malaysia's economy is underdeveloped, heck even Singapore with the most millionaires per capita has rampant income inequality. South America and Central America both have huge drug problems (cartels) and parasitic cities (slums where people cant find work so government provides resources to keep them alive which in turn prevents government from investing in the economy to create some jobs continuing the cycle of unemployment. People who are impoverished are easy targets to "recruit" for drug dealing). Europe and the Americas are politically stable (coups dont happen often and war has been averted for quite a long time). With political stability, the economy remains stable providing people with income too buy the goods and services they need. Because the people are happy they can afford things (and have access to them), they don't have any huge issues to revolt about.

Read about Belgium secret police kidnapping DR Congo prime minister in the 60's. I guarantee you that if you let every country to be independent, they will become peaceful and prosperous. Iraq had Saddam, it wasnt democratic, but Iraq was never democratic, it always had monarchs, or caliphs, never elected leader. But Iraq didnt had crime and government cared for its citizens providing them welfare (from sold oil). Now Iraq is gone and there is ISIS killing everyone on their path and 1 million humans died since 2003. When countries become independent, they can create government (elect or by force) and bring peace and order (dont confuse this with tik-tok's fascistic order). Congo's prime minister was good man who could bring peace and stability, but Belgium removed him so rebels can fight. Countries will be much stable, although half of them without human rights. But if some of those countries invade their neighbor or start world war, we the rest of the world can easily unite and defeat them. Check Germany after WWII, they never support dictators and wars since then, same will happen to other hostile countries if they try to pursue their interest through war. Their people will eventually turn against the government and create new peaceful one. Just wanted to point out we shouldnt be afraid of dictators and militant countries, because they eventually lose and then they become peaceful. There cannot be instability if people are free. It always work out for the good.

I will respond further after reading up on the Congo (as well as finishing up school work -_-). Saddam Hussein didn't care about all his people- hence the reason his planes dropped bombs on Kurds. Again, I have too much work and taking 7 minutes break, will respond better tommorrowish.

Yes, i know about that, cant remember how plan and operation was called, Nazi Germany arranged for German Jews to leave Germany and settle in British Palestine. But that was on voluntary basis and not all German Jews would leave, but only few thousands, therefore ethnic cleansing and genocide would ensue anyway.
Why Greece and not Israel for example? It is far away from America and West Europe, far away from Japan and South Korea, it is in the middle of warzone.
