70 years since China beat Japan is market with military parade to honor fallen Chinese warriors and civilians killed by Japanese aggression. 200 planes and 12,000 soldiers participated, with many world leaders attending parade. Chinese President said in his speech war brings pain and suffering, that we must preserve peace and that China is reducing military personnel for 300,000

...what is so damned funny? Hundreds of thousands of people from my home country, and probably millions across Asia as a whole, died as a result of Japanese aggression, 1905~1945, most of it being in the Second World War period. To us, the issue is far from funny.
