Is black color for scenario banned?

I was wondering if the scenario featuring a playable faction with the color black is legal.

If it was made before we introduced the ban, then we won't punish for it immediately, but it needs to be changed ASAP, otherwise there will be consequences.

But the black colour for scenarios is available as part of standard code in the Map Editor. Why are you penalizing people for that?

Yes you can use it if it's available as a standard functionality, it's kind of obvious. I never said we were banning people who use black colour, just those use inspect element to enable them.
