Poll about the community

I'm pretty new to the game and so far every player interaction I have had has been beyond terrible. Im just curious how many people have had this experience. It seems like just one of the worst ones I have experienced though the game is great.

This games community is definitely the serbian version of 4chan

Afterwind/Atwar is very good game i rate 10/10 but community is awful 1/10 because trolling and harassing is allowed by admins.

They said long ago, atleast to me when i asked 2011, they don't want to enforce 'harsh' penalties for minimal rules violations like insults, trolling and profanity. So players trashtalk each other, troll, harass newcomers and ruin game atmosphere no matter how hard you try to enjoy when game starts.

Best you can do is to play like me (i'm inactive now, no time to play, but i do it this way): turn off game chat when game start, ignore all players you see troll and insult so they can't send you private messages and/or see their text in game chat or global chat. Create a clan and invite friends only so you can play and communicate with people you like.

It's super cancer, but that's what makes it AW.

It is, and that's why we love it.

Would be a shame if we started getting regulated, the only reason I switched from club penguin to AW was the community.
