Map sp and custom strategies

The idea is to add custom strategies and upgrades for maps, which will be bought by map sp, which will be earned as normal sp but will be different for each map. not just for map makers to make their maps be as they wish but also for the generic world map, to add tons and tons of flavor to it.
this shall not be enabled for clones. atleast on the first stage, because the possiblty that someone will replace generic wolrd map with something he will make that will cause unblance to comp players (duels, cw....)etc.
strategies are meant to be as easy to make as units, heres a quick compering
NOTES: capc. is missing because of editing needs, should be part of it.
selecting them will be as normal
buying them will be via the map itself while countries are picked
NOTES: cost is 100+50 while need to be only +50
and you can always check how much you have in the sp pool option

This is 2018, the map need some reajust. 1. Make Crimea be part of south Russia or and independent territory with only the flag of Crimea 2. Nerf Turkey, Ankara 8, Istambul 6, the Izmir 3 and the other city 1 3. Nerf India cuting it into 3 or more trritories 4. Ad more cities to China in the +Cities mod 5. Ad more cities to Russia

you missed the whole point, the idea is to make custom strategies for custom maps and scenarios, clones wont have the ability to make strategies by their own. thus the generic world map isnt relevant to this kind of dicussion, and the idea of nerfing/boosting parts of it should be in other thread.

So each time you play the map, you will need to buy the strat, that is not practical at all. 1. Because the SP win rate is really low 2. It will make way harder to save SP for buying basic game upgrades Wouldn't be better to buy in-game strats with the stored SP you have, that way you will: 1. Maintain the SP system balanced 2. Make more of an incentive to play in order to buy in-game strats Also in order to make this reliable you should make it 1 time purchase as the general game strats and upgrades.

As someone who is currently making a fair number of maps, I would absolutely love this effect! Not only will it add creativity to scenarios to make interesting gameplay, but it also will not cause a problem between comp players and scenario players as the changes to World Map strategies won't have as big or even any impact on scenario maps as the MapMaker can easily make a few changes to their own strategies. No one gets upset and everyone can have a bit of fun regardless of what they want to play! My only question is could a MapMaker remove the SP cost of a strategy for a scenario so that people wouldn't have to spend sp in a scenario.
